Acceptance of Terms

Deposits and Withdrawals

Limitation of Liability

abc71 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, unexpected technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may temporarily affect platform availability. abc71 shall not be liable for any losses incurred during such periods.

Amendments to These Terms

abc71 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will endeavour to notify registered users via email or through a prominent notice on the platform. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

Your continued use of the abc71 platform after any amendments have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you must cease using the platform immediately and may request account closure by contacting support.

Termination of Account

abc71 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, if it determines that a user has breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in prohibited activities, provided false registration information, or otherwise acted in a manner that is harmful to abc71, its players, or its business operations. Upon termination, any pending bonus balances will be forfeited. Real-money balances that have been lawfully earned and verified will be returned subject to the completion of KYC checks and AML procedures.

Users may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting abc71 support. Any outstanding wagering requirements attached to active bonuses will be voided upon closure, and bonus funds will not be paid out.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which abc71 operates. abc71 makes no representations that the platform is appropriate or available for use in all locations, and it is the user's sole responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws.

In the event of any dispute between a user and abc71, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through abc71's customer support channels. If a resolution cannot be reached informally, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable rules of the relevant jurisdiction. Users agree to waive any right to participate in class-action proceedings against abc71.
